This is a concept for a live-action theatrical Flash Movie.This film would be in Phase 2. The film would take place before the events JL Movie Pt:1.

Synopsis: Barry Allen is set to marry his longtime girlfriend and childhood friend Iris West.But all that is brought to a close when a series of murders of people Barry knewn are happening through out Central City. Now Barry and his allies must fight one of the strongest Speedsters.The Reserve-Flash.

Directors Notes:

Principle photography for the film takes in Vancouver, British Columbia.
This isn’t a origin story, the west family is aware that Barry is the flash and an older Wally is Kid Flash
Iris, and Barry are moving into a house together at the start of the film before the wedding. Iris’ nephew lives with them temporarily.
Just as the last of the movers leave Barry gets a alert on his phone from Cisco about a murder scene in uptown.
The Flash and Kid Flash arrive at the crime scene. The victim is Barry and Iris’ old friend who’s in town for the wedding.
Barry and Wally go to Star Labs, where Cisco has made 3-D model of all the victims all knew Barry.
Caitlin and Iris arrive with a video message, the face,voice are all blurred but the voice warns Barry that he has a bomb set to go off at CCPD anytime now.
The person then tells them Barry can’t have any help or they all pay.
Wally asks Caitlin to test his speed, but he doesn’t want Iris or Barry to know.
Cisco tells Barry he’s able to pinpoint the source of the videos to hanger at the airport.
Barry goes their to find person only to come face to face with another speedster.
The two fight around the airport and Barry gets badly hurt.
The speedster tells him he will take everything Barry has cared about.
He awakes in the Star Labs infirmary, after Wally rushed him back.
Iris tells him that he doesn’t have anything to prove. He Barry tells her he’s putting an end to this.
He spends the next two nights looking for the Reserve-Flash. Iris, Cisco, and Wally call, and text him that he doesn’t have to do this alone.
When he finally stops running he answers his phone. It’s from Wally. He tells him Iris is missing.
Barry return to Star Labs and see the video footage of Iris being taken in a red and yellow blur.
Barry gets a video call telling him to come to Dam on the outskirts of the city.
Flash and Kid Arrive to find Iris tied up and unconscious near the edge of the dam. Before the can get to her the Reverse-Flash arrives and attacks them.
Barry is able to keep him occupied while Wally saves Iris and gets her to safety.
The two speedsters beat each, the Reverse-Flash reveals himself to be Eobard Thawne. He tells Barry that after he kills him he’s going to kill his family and friends.
Wally arrives and knocks Eobard Thawne away from Barry. Cisco is there and throws a device that stuns the Reverse-Flash. It gives Barry time to get up and take him down. They imprison him a cell in Star Labs.

Post Credits:

Wally tells Barry he’s retiring from Kid Flash and is going down his own path for a while. But he’s grateful for everything he’s done for him.
Barry and Iris get married and are surrounded by their friends and family. Among the guest we see Hal Jordan in attendance.
Meanwhile Eobard Thawne is inside of his cell with a power damper collar. A shadow figure freezes and destroys the lock to his cell door. Eobard Thawne opens his eyes, and they glow red with electricity as his collar is turned off.

It’s so hilarious how Eobard actually seems to fit most of the Lantern rings, lmao

Probably that’s the reason why he hasn’t been chosen and thankfully too, cause nobody wants a super Lantern Reverse Flash running around xD

I think it’s a testament to how rich a character he is and how much history he’s had that he could feasibly fit into several Corps. And this is a great piece, very expressive and fun! Love how Eobard’s surprise and concern keep building with each new ring, and can’t blame him :)

Thank you so much~!! And yes, I agree, characters like Eobard who are very emotional and and have been around as long as he has, there’s a lot to dig into~

Poor Eobard, he doesn’t know what to do with all those rings now lol
